BULACAN — The formal opening of Oral Health Month in Malolos City was filled with smiles, led by the Malolos City Health Office under Dr. Frederick Cesar Irineo Villano, City Health Officer, and Dr. Dondon Bautista, DMD, City Dentist. The event coincided with the Weekly Raising of the Philippine Flag on February 2, 2026.
In his speech, Dr. Bautista emphasized that the celebration aims to maintain the oral health of every Malolenyo. “Through regular consultations and proper cleaning, we can prevent diseases that may result from the foods we eat,” he said.
The celebration officially commenced with the remarks of Atty. Christian D. Natividad, Mayor of Malolos, who is recognized as a national champion of Oral Health.
Throughout February, the Malolos City Health Office plans to carry out various initiatives for residents, including dental cleaning services, consultations, and the distribution of toothbrushes and toothpaste to elementary school students.
