Kapuso actress Bianca Umali is considering going back to school now that her cousin Samantha has graduated.
Speaking on the podcast “i-Listen” with Kara David, Umali said she is weighing two options: enrolling in an interior design school or attending a major university.
“I’m still thinking about it,” the actress said, adding that while she has yet to make a final decision, she is excited about returning to the classroom.
Umali explained that she chose to support Samantha’s education first as a way of paying it forward and honoring her grandmother.
She said that although she would have wanted to send both of them to school at the same time, it was not financially possible because of the high cost of education.
The actress also emphasized that pursuing studies can happen at any stage in life.
Umali graduated from senior high school in 2019. She was raised by her grandmother, Lola Vicky, after losing her mother at age five and her father at age 10.
She recently played Terra in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” and is set to voice Ella Arcangel in the upcoming animated movie “Ella Arcangel.”
