MANILA – Cloudy skies and sporadic rain are expected in several parts of the Philippines on Friday due to prevailing easterlies.
PAGASA said in its 4 a.m. bulletin that Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, the Bicol Region, along with the Visayas and Mindanao, will have partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with chances of isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Similar weather patterns are forecast for the rest of Luzon.
Data also showed that Tuguegarao City in Cagayan experienced the highest heat index on April 23, reaching 37.2°C.
