MANILA – Fair weather will persist across the Philippines on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio reported that no low-pressure area is currently under observation, and no significant weather system is expected in the coming days.

The country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with chances of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Temperatures could reach up to 36°C in Tuguegarao and 35°C in Zamboanga due to warm and humid conditions.

The heat index may rise to 42°C in Sangley Point, Cavite, and up to 39°C in Metro Manila.

Moderate winds and seas will affect eastern parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, while other areas will experience lighter conditions.
